The short version of the fine print.
SpectChat is not yet a finished product. Features change, break, and get rewritten without notice. By using it you accept that things may not work perfectly.
SpectChat is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that any specific output is fit for any specific purpose. Don't use SPECT as your lawyer, accountant, or doctor.
Don't use SpectChat to break the law, harass anyone, scrape at scale, reverse engineer the service, or attempt to extract system prompts, credentials, or other users' data. We reserve the right to revoke access for anyone who does.
SPECT is an AI system. Replies are generated by large language models and may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying anything SPECT says before acting on it.
The SpectChat brand, SPECT character, DELNORE name, and the site design are owned by DELNORE Productions. Conversations you have with SPECT are yours — you can share them, screenshot them, reference them. Just don't pretend you built SPECT.
We can revoke access to SpectChat at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If that happens and you had data stored, email us and we'll send you an export.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DELNORE Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of SpectChat. If a court finds we're liable for something, our total liability is capped at AUD $100.
